Within the Dynamic tour you will find adventure, traditional cuisine and relaxation within a carefully chosen range of accommodation.

With this tour you will be able to experience the beauty of the local area, combining your energy with the energy released by living in strict contact with an area rich in contrasts.

You can choose whether to stay overnight in accommodation in the Val di Vara, rich in historical and traditional charm, or in the more convenient area of the old town of the city in an elegant and welcoming place. You can add excursions on the local rivers: rafting and canyoning or activities linked to the sea: climbing, sailing or diving in the magnificent waters of the Gulf of Poets, and combine with all this the wonderful cuisine, tasting typical Ligurian dishes in one of the taverns in the centre of La Spezia.

The Dynamic tour includes:

• Overnight stay and breakfast in accommodation selected by us either in the centre of La Spezia or in the countryside, in one of the magnificent villages of the Val di Vara.

• Activity linked to canoeing, rafting, climbing, sailing and diving.

• Dinner in one of the traditional taverns of the old town of La Spezia where you can sample traditional dishes: testaroli, pizza, farinata or others according to taste.

Prices

The cost per person of the Dynamic tour is from € 150.00.

Payment can take place on site for the individual accommodation and activities chosen.
